1. The app

Nibbl is a personal recipe manager. These terms cover your use of the Nibbl iOS app and the getnibbl.app website. By using Nibbl you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

Recipes, photos, and notes you save in Nibbl are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for the content you import and for respecting the rights of recipe publishers when you use imported content.

3. Recipe importing

Nibbl's import feature fetches publicly available web pages you choose, on your device, for your personal use — similar to a web browser. You agree to use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Purchases

Optional tips are one-time purchases processed by Apple under your Apple Account terms. Tips don't unlock features and are non-refundable except as provided by Apple's policies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Nibbl to violate any law or the rights of others, and don't attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt Nibbl's services or website.

6. Warranty & liability

Nibbl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Always use your own judgment with cooking temperatures, times, and food safety.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be noted in the app or on this page with an updated date above.
